There’s nothing quite like biting into a juicy shrimp burger. “Burger” may be a bit of a misnomer, but I like the sound of it. This shrimp burger is rich, savory and lightly spiced with hints of ginger and green onion.

Orgia, RSV’s ramato-style Pinot Gris, is a natural companion to this shrimp burger. Because it ferments with the grape skins, it is a copper-hued beauty with structure and tannin, a nutty almond like flavor profile and notes of dried apricot, orange zest, that complement the natural sweetness of the shrimp and the soft, sesame bun slathered in umami-rich yuzu kosho-spiked mayonnaise. The slight bitterness and spiciness of the yuzu kosho meet Orgia’s refined tannins and mouthwatering freshness to soothe each other bite after delicious bite.
