Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed if it was purchased directly from the winery within 180 days. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
If the original shipment was flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. If wine is returned by the carrier due to failed delivery attempts and/or without prior authorization, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for reshipment. The customer is responsible for any charges incurred for redirects, returns and/or reshipment. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded and wines may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
