Orgia, Los Carneros, Napa Valley 2022

The copper hue remains, but this wine sings with a softer voice, more delicate and refined than some of its predecessors. Orgia still carries the savory grip and tactile intrigue that define Ramato Pinot Gris, yet it does so with grace.

Aromas of citrus blossom, fresh pear, melon rind, and tea leaf rise from the glass. The wine dances with vibrant energy, while mouthwatering brightness supports orchard-fruit flavors, preserved lemon, almond, and a subtle saline character that evokes cool ocean air. Gentle skin contact lends texture and length, creating a wine that glides across the palate before finishing with a whisper of tannin and a lingering mineral impression.

This vintage of Orgia embraces a lighter touch. Equally at home alongside oysters, saffron, and grilled fish as it is with light meat dishes, tomato pasta sauce, or even a shared charcuterie plate, this wine invites another sip, another bite, and another story.
