Strawberry Whipped Cream
The strawberry powder makes this whip cream the bomb. If you like your whipped cream sweeter, add more sugar. Serve on top of Vanilla Mochi Cake. Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons strawberry powder
Directions
In a large bowl, use a whisk to whip the cream to soft peaks. Serve immediately or chill for a few hours. Whisk again before spooning out.
