Scallion Togarashi Mayo
Use this for dipping or pile the karaage onto a soft bun with finely shredded cabbage and drizzle this sauce on top. It also works well with fried seafood. Yield: 1¾ cups
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Kewpie mayo or regular mayo mixed with 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 whole green onions, trimmed and minced
- 1 tablespoon shichimi togarashi
- Juice from 1 small Meyer lemon, about ¼ cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes to let the flavors come together.
