Celebrate authentic wines and the people who make them in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls!

Organized in partnership with the The Living Food Initiative, this progressive wine tasting and dinner with Rob Sinskey will highlight perennial foods and feature stories about the importance of regenerative agriculture for diverse and healthy soils. Hear all about the transformation of 84 contiguous acres in Los Carneros into a regenerative farming ecosystem that brings together orchards, diverse crops, healthy soils, and pasture-raised livestock.

The evening will begin at GIST Wine Shop for a meet and greet with Rob at 5:15pm. Stories and wine tasting begin promptly at 5:30pm. At 6:30pm, head across the street to Minerva’s for a local and regenerative-inspired dinner.
