By answering YES to overriding RSVnapa’s recommended weather delay for a single order and/or for your Glutton club shipments this summer, you are accepting responsibility for your wines and acknowledging that RSVnapa is no longer liable for wine that has been ruined by the forces of heat or cold. Plain and simple; RSVnapa will not refund or replace spoiled or damaged bottles of wine shipped outside of the recommended weather hold policy.
