Not So Secret Sauce
I love the sweet tanginess of this sauce. Use it to dress cucumbers and tomatoes, too!
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, Grey Poupon preferred
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 heaping tablespoons finely chopped cornichon
- 2 heaping tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickle
- 2 heaping tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Ground black pepper
- Pinch kosher salt
Directions
1. Mix the mustard and vinegar in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Let sit for 30 minutes, stir, and adjust seasoning to taste. Leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
