RSV wines have a long and storied relationship with food. At RSV the wine and food experience is inseparable.
The Farm to Table tour commences with a glass of wine and a nibble to jump start your taste buds. A stroll through the garden reveals the bounty of the season and is accompanied by a lively discussion of the RSV philosophy of wine and food. After a peek into the caves, guests gather at the farm table to enjoy the seasonal creations of the Vineyard Kitchen paired with a flight of RSV wines. The ingredients on our market board are sourced organically – vegetables and fruits from our gardens appear side by side with salumi and artisan cheeses from local purveyors. Tastes of the day, tartlets and a myriad of special treats, are created with RSV wines in mind. RSV has favorite pairings however, guests are encouraged to compare and contrast the wines with food and come up with some of their own.
